Mail order houses can and will sell you some parts at very low prices, but seldom are they the correct parts for your needs. Advise? Don't count on it, they are geared to selling you the parts that they have on hand.
That's not what we consider advise. Plus, what if you have a problem with a part? If you have purchased from a mass merchandiser you will be hard pressed to get to someone who can help you. With us you always speak to a live person who is concerned with your problem, and can usually address your problem or concern on the spot. If it is a warrantee issue that cannot be solved without input from the manufacturer, we attend to it within minutes, not days or weeks.
